A Thankfulness Prayer

Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord. (Psalm 150)

After reading this passage, I just want to praise the LORD and never stop!

O LORD, my LORD,

    I want to begin by thanking you! I want to praise YOUR name!

    You have given ME (of all people) life! Not only life here on this earth, but life everlasting.

    YOU were the one that made my feet to walk and my hands to move! You opened my mouth so that I could speak praises to you! You made my eyes so that I could see! You made my ears so that I could hear!

    You placed me here! Right here, where I am, for your purpose and your glory!

    You gave me a family and a home! You blessed me with talents and gifts!

     YOU, O LORD, made the trees and the grass; the flowers and the earth were made by YOU! You created the world that I see around me! You gave the birds their wings and the fish their fins! You breathed life into each creature here on this earth!

    Praise your name forever, Yahweh!

    You placed each creature where it needs to be! You created the sky, the moon, the sun! You placed the planets and the stars in the night sky! Your hand of creativity shines through the darkness of this world!

    Your majesty and power overwhelm the works of man! What is man compared to you, O LORD? You are the Mighty God!

    Thank you for friends and those that encourage me in the Word!

    Thank you for food and water; for spiritual food and for spiritual water!

    Thank you for the rush of joy that I feel when I praise your name!

    Thank you for Christ and His salvation!

    Thank you for loving me and caring about me!

    May I never forget the God that created me!

    Thank you LORD for everything!
